I have a sever fear of heights and needed two peaks totaling about 20 pieces of metal siding that needed to be painted and I provided the paint upfront. It took several negotiations for us to come to an agreement on the price of the job. Unfortunately for me, apparently he overbooked jobs on this day and was quite rushed (his words). The quality of his work was poor. there were many unfinished spots leading to my dissatisfaction resulting in my having to go up a ladder beyond my comfort level to repaint many sections of the house.
Response from Justin Squires
"Scott, exterior painting requires two coats. We did the 1st coat, and it rained for the next 3 days straight. I should have communicated to you that I would never recommend painting with water-based paint outside in the rain. Best of luck!"

Working with Justin and team is exactly what I hoped for. I had them put a new roof on a rental house that I manage from my home in Florida. Justin communicated everything clearly throughout the process, and got back to me in a timely manner with all of the information that I needed along the way. Heâ s very organized and thoughtful. Iâ m very pleased. Thanks Justin and team for the great work!
