After many calls to other businesses, none would work on our Samsung French Door fridge/freezer. After noticing a sizeable ice build up on the inside of the fridge, we eventually ended up with Justin's number. They need more people like him! From the first conversation to arriving the next day with part in hand, he had our fridge up and running in no time; explained the what and why for us. Can't say enough about his excellent customer service and knowledge. Highly recommend!

Justin responds promptly, arrives on time, works efficiently, gives you no-nonsense explanation, and gets the job done. Another repair person gave up in despair, Justin diagnosed the issue and explained his process clearly. He is polite and clean-cut. The problem--malfunctioning icemaker -- stumped the Whirlpool authorized service person. It is good to see a relatively young person take his service work seriously and professionally.

Justin completed a fridge repair for my mom so when we had a problem with our freezer I knew who to contact. I sent Justin a desperate text message at 10:45pm, he returned the text immediately, and then called me at that late hour. He asked questions and diagnosed the problem over the phone at 11pm. Following Justins phone direction we got the freezer back up and running without needing a service call. Justin didn't charge us anything for his time and more than earned this review. It's hard to find service like this. Thank you Justin, for coming to our rescue.
