"Nasia, this review doesn?t reflect the actual project. You paid a 50% deposit, not the full amount, and all funds went toward materials, plumbing, and secondary labor. You also changed the job from a fiberglass unit to custom tile, which expanded the scope and timeline. The installed fiberglass unit is already waterproof, and all plumbing was redone correctly. I did not ?stop showing up?; any delays were tied to the added work you requested."
