They were very professional and did a great job. Justin was very knowledgeable answered all my questions and didn t act like I was bothering him. I recommended Justin to my sister to do her bathroom. Hopefully I can get him back in the future to do other projects.

I hired Justin to install floors and some other work on a house. The floors are now being replaced at my expense because his company will not stand behind the work performed. The hardwood floors are buckling and bowing. I called and emailed several times only excuses and lies. Then no response at all and no refund to me for the money they took. Literally I have never dealt with a worse company in my life.

"We are very sorry that you are unhappy with the job we performed. We were responsible for installing, not sanding. We looked over everything very thoroughly for three hours with you, the homeowner, and ourselves before receiving one cent. We normally require 50% upfront but we did not this time. Once the job was completed, they wrote us a check and a few days later called us letting us know they found a better deal where they could do all of the floors for less money and we were not allowed back at the property to address any issues once. This customer still owes us $1500. Sorry that we could not resolve any issues you were having."

Great Communication, competitive rates, and most importantly, quality workmanship. I needed my back door raised up to accommodate new flooring. I received other bids, for the same price, but Justin was the only one to comment on the door not latching properly and say that he could adjust it when he re-hung it. It's like new now! Justin really cares about doing a proper job.

Justin and his office were on the ball out of the gate. Good communication skills and that seems a rarity these days. Just needed a strip of siding facia replaced, but they treated it like a big job and gotter done. Will use again. Good team attitude.
