Justin contacted me promptly after putting my request on home advisor. He wasn't pushy on trying to get me to commit but he was willing to work with my schedule and got to me within 24 hours. His rate for gutter cleaning was a lil more then what I expected but no problem paying for service and appointment time vs other who made an appointment with me and canceled.
