I am still working currently with Donathan. It has been such a process over the last 9 months. I never thought it would have taken this long to get permit ready plans for such a simple home. Hopefully the service team & Donathan can get it ready for resubmittal. I will keep you posted.

Iâ ve had a vision for my dream home for a while now and havenâ t been able to find anyone who can take the picture in my head and put it on paper. Iâ ve worked with other engineers, but most of them tend to add their own spin to my idea and were not able to capture my visions accurately. I was sold on Justyce Royal from the initial consultation! Donathan took the time to understand my vision without adding his own flare or subtracting from my non negotiables . He was not only able to create the design for me in 2D, but was able to provide a realistic 3D image so that I can see exactly what the home would look like in real life. Iâ m not quite at the point of breaking ground with construction, as I am still looking for a location, but I am so excited about my design and cannot wait until the construction phase begins. Thank you Justyce Royal for your professionalism, sensitivity to my budget, and willingness to work with me to bring my dreams to reality. If I could give you guys 10 stars I would!

Amazing company!! I hired them to do some floorplans for me so I can then move on to some renovations. They came out took all of the appropriate dimensions and then delivered me an outstanding set of plans which easy to read and see what was needed for me to make renovations. I opt for the 3D render and model as well and when I tell you I was impressed it doesn't do them "Justyce". It was like I was looking at my home when me and my wife first purchased it. They have an option to do a 3D walkthrough which we are going to hire them again to do. So all in all great company and I have found my go to company for my designing needs. _ Tom Txxxxxx

Wonderful company. They were on time with the deliverables and stayed on top of every milestone. The finish plans were of high quality and easy to understand. They even do 3D rendering to help with the visualization of my vision of my project. Highly recommend!
