Jutley Mechanical A/C Heating & Refrigeration

My Friend recommended Jutley to me, he did work for her many years back. I needed a new a/c unit so I called him for that. He understood our requirement & gave us a quote. He said he needed advance to purchase the supplies, and demanded 50% of the quoted amt, rest can be paid once the work is done. I zelled him the amount, & after receiving my payment he started making excuses for not coming for installation. He did not show up when he said he would. Finally, I asked him to give my money back then he said he already bought the parts & he will return them & give me the money. Then he stopped answering my calls and blocked me out. He is a fraud, and everything he says is a lie. He is good till you give him the money-then he disappears. I complained to BBB, but he is not replying to them as well. He needs to be in jail. I also went to the address on his invoice - it is a UPS store & he has tiny mail box there-so no physical store of his own. He is a fraud -stay away.

He quoted me a price. I gave you $6000 to go buy a new unit. He ran off with the money, blocking my number, and even sent me a text and told me to ask myself if I found the service on this piece of garbage. Hopefully, the man on the run He lost his house. He got arrested for DUI another day after service. He lost his license. I called them as well to make sure he did not get his license back.

Very bad experience - I would not recommend them him. He increased the price without any extra work or any reason from what he had promised on the phone. When I told him that I would pay as per the price Very rude person and very unprofessional way of talking and dealing with people. BEWARE of this company.
