Gave a down payment. Called back he forgot to add some additional expenses to estimate. Insisted on cash (I DID NOT), several companies have this same name, check written to him not a company, he started making excuses prior to start date how much money he was losing, I asked for deposit back he agreed to do so that same day, changed the to give back deposit, texted to give me another chance if I wanted my deposit back ( I had not changed from wanting my money back). I filed a court case. He texted he would give me extra to drop my the case (no) I think he has done this to others. Ps when he called a female name came up on my caller ID he said it was his girlfriend.

Terrible. Poured the pad and never came back. Left all the forms in place which I had to remove myself. Got concrete all over my house, deck, windows and even my mailbox somehow. Would not recommend. Contacted him for over a week. He kept saying he would come back the next day and never did.
