If I could give Kevin 10 stars, I would. I was getting my house ready to sell, handed him the keys, and basically told him to make it market ready. From that point on, he completely took ownership of the project and exceeded every expectation I had. He painted the entire interior of the house, caulked and touched up all the trim, replaced a sliding glass door, installed a washer and dryer, spread new mulch, built a beautiful raised garden bed that doubled as a retaining wall, power washed the entire property, deep cleaned the house, and handled countless other repairs and finishing touches that I never even had to ask about. He saw what needed to be done and just got it done. The biggest thing for me wasn’t just the quality of his work it was the trust. I left him the keys, gave him very little direction, and knew the house was in good hands. He communicated well, showed incredible attention to detail, and treated my home like it was his own. Finding someone who is skilled is one thing. Finding someone who is skilled, honest, reliable, and genuinely cares about the final product is incredibly rare. Kevin is one of those people. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again, and I’ll recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their home. If you’re considering hiring Kevin, stop looking you found the right guy.
