They are total rip-off artists. They grossly overcharged me. They gave me a price of $2,200.00 to repair a tiny section of my roof. When I told them it was totally outrageous I was eventually able to haggle them down to 1,500. Only if I paid cash. When I told them I needed their certificate of insurance they said it would cost me 200.00 more. No customer ever has to pay for a certificate of insurance. They eventually backed down. The entire job took them 2 hours to complete. That came down to $750.00/hour. Insane. They are the worst crooks I have ever dealt with. I would never ever recommend them.

"We have done the work as we agreed with you. We stop by and gave you an estimate on Wednesday morning and the work was done on Monday 5 days later we did not take any upfront payment from you if you think our price was high you had enough time to cancel the services You called us to start the work on Monday and not to Disturb you we started your work 9 am and finished 1:30 pm 2 guys working I did not get any money from you till the evening of the Monday after work was completed I think you are very Unfair with the comment because we made it very clear to your roof is extremely dangerous to work on is a clay roof you ask any roofer what will."

Two days ago I was faced with a dilemma. The job I had was actually 2 small jobs in one so it is hard to find someone. I have two exterior walkway lights at the height of the 2nd story that need replacement. In addition, a piece of the siding/flashing has fallen from the 2 story building. Both requires someone with tall ladder but it is not something a handyman would do because I have already contacted a few handyman. They all declined. Roofing companies have also declined because they said it is a job for a handyman. I was very happy Elton at K5 took my call and came ASAP. They were very professional, punctual and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
