Indoor Air Quality Testing
Had a report done by Bilotta environmental paid in full. We got the report and wanted to discuss the finding but never had a return call back by Jason. It?s been 5 weeks now. Would not trust this company at all.

Indoor Air Quality Testing
House flooded by hurricane Helene and Milton.
Paid Bilotta $750 on November 27, 2024 for mold test and report.
As of today 4 months later, no report, no test results.
Phone calls to Jason Bilotta not returned.
We requested refund of $750 from Bilotta.
Nearly 4 months have gone by-no refund of our money paid to Bilotta.
We had to hire another mold investigator and pay again for a mold investigation and test results.
We are forced to try small claims court to get our money back.
Nothing else to say. What a waste of time.
