The service I paid for was the install of an A/C system and the ductwork to move the air throughout the house. The a/c was not blowing as cold as it should have and was only making its way to one room in the house. He came out 4 different time to correct the problem but each time only slight difference and the last time not at all. I paid another installer to check behind him and he found that the ducts were not properly seal a lot of the air leaking, the unit needed to be rewired into the thermostat and duct size needed to be adjusted. This was in June of 2021 all rework and materials cost an additional $2,000. The company they use to finance through were supposed to investigate the claim of work not being done well but I got no follow up and was ultimately told my claims were unfounded. I would not wish this experience on anyone.

Virgilio was prompt and professional with phone calls and appointments. This was a mini split installation. He showed up on time and conducted the project in sufficient time. He was also very responsive to phone calls and texts. I will use him again for future A/C projects. Definitely recommend!

They took my money and did not do the work they were supposed to do. To me, it felt like theft. They pretended to be very nice, but I think they are the worst company. I had no AC for a week. I had to purchase numerous fans to survive in my unit.

To be without air-conditioning in July is brutal. This company reached out to me within an hour of asking for a quote and were on site 30 minutes later. They diagnose the problem as a motor. They replace the motor and my air conditioning was up and working again in less than 30 minutes. The gentleman were very nice, very efficient and very expedient. I would highly recommend them

Central AC broke down Friday night (ALWAYS happens on the damn weekend!). Put out a request to Homeadvisor the next morning and K.A.F. responded promptly. Never used them before, but they gave me a quote over the phone and they were out within hours. Had doubts When 3 guys arrived in a car with no business markings at all, but boy they knew what they were doing. Had the core out within an hour, put it back in, checked the AC outside and in, made sure the pump was good, and voila! Great job AND at EXACTLY the price quoted over the phone! If you need AC repair, this is the company to call!

Virgil came with two helpers. They were polite, worked efficiently, and they got my AC working perfectly.
