stood me up for appt. no response to my VM or e-mail

I had K&A do work on my exterior- paint shutters, rehang one that had fallen off, fix downspouts, remove an old satellite dish on 7-20-23. Throughout the process they were very responsive, friendly and quoted a reasonable price, they were slightly higher than the other 2 companies I contacted. I decided to go with them because of their responsiveness. It turned they found an issue I was not aware of as well. A piece of our siding had popped out and it was causing a small leak into my garage. They fixed it and didn't even charge me for it. They showed up on time, completed the work quicker than I had anticipated and charged me what they quoted. I will be contacting them to do more work for my company building.

Do not hire this company, vert unprofessional, I had an appointment at 10am . I specifically ask them to call when they were on their way but no one called. I had to call them after I did not hear from anyone to make sure there was no call no show so I wouldn’t waste my time. The company operator stated there was an hour window that they did not explain window 10am-11am. Finally when their contractor arrived I still did not receive a call that he arrived (Carlos). He knocked on the door but didn’t call. Anyone could be in the house but not hear knocking at the door. Even tho you estimate you will arrive in 20 minutes why not call and say knocked at the door no response so that is why I am calling. The operator said to me I had a bad attitude for questioning why was I not called to be informed someone was in the way and not telling me about the hour window and the contractor did not call when he arrived. Very bad customer service and unprofessional. If you do not want to waste your time go with a different company. I will also be informing Angis. I can see why this company is not rated 5 starts. Very rude and inconsiderate
