Chris was very accommodating to my time request. He was recommended to me by my bank officer. He took care of hiring someone to stucco where it needed so I didn't have to worry.

We love our new roof! We went from a presidential shingle to a metal Zam roof, and while we can’t yet speak to the longevity of the product, we can definitely speak to the outstanding experience working with Chris. From the quote to the completion of the project, his communication was excellent. I was especially worried about rain during the process, but Chris,Leno and his crew put my mind at ease. They worked incredibly hard—starting at 7 a.m. and going until nearly 8 p.m.—to get the job done. Our entire 5,000 sq. ft. roof was completed in less than a week, and permitting went through quickly. Chris texted me updates throughout the day so I always knew what was happening, and he kept me informed from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the process or the results.Thanks Chris. I would recommend him to family and friends but I hope to not have to use him since this roof should last us 30-40 years.

Chris and his team did an outstanding job in our roof repair/re-roofing required.
