Ken built a four season room,deck & porch and also laid hardwood flooring for us. His work is meticulous and his work ethic is impeccable! Ken was able to build the addition and porch so that they look as tho they have been there from the time the house was originally built. We have had so many rave reviews from friends and family and one friend is interested in hiring him for their remodeling. We are so thankful for having had him do the work and would/will recommend to others. Absolutely beautiful work and a great person!

Still waiting for Heater repair- Have requested this twice. Front of garage has bow in front- Requested repair unable to do in winter. It's spring and still no contact Drainage from gutters was placed in wrong area. Drains into front yard and is always wet now. Once repairs are finished ratings will improve!

We were fortunate to have chosen Ken Schaefer as our contractor. He is reliable, punctual and his craftsmanship is beyond compare. He is meticulous and takes pride in his work. Ken is an outstanding person and contractor!!! He has transformed our basement into a high quality living area with wet bar, entertainment/TV room, full bath, sauna, exercise room, wood workshop and storage room. His superb craftsmanship combined with his passion for quality work, lots of creativity, high reliability, cleanliness and a good sense of humor has made him our top choice for our project. On top of all, he is very flexible for plan changes and has always good input how to 'do things'. Finally, Ken is asking for very reasonable prices. I don't know where to start. Contractor was on time every day. His ten minute lunch time seemed a little bit long for me. It seems five minutes would have been enough. He would start around 7:15 am and finish after 5:00 pm every day. He was clean and meticulous. All requests I made were taken with a "no problem. I can do that attitude." Work was impeccable. He was knowledgeable and helpful through the whole period. Even after many changes during the project, his bill was as quoted. A job well done. What more can I say.

So far so good...We're not done with all the rooms yet, but Ken shows up on time, works the whole day, and is a very pleasant man to work with. The kitchen and breakfast room look great. He's now moving on to the dining room and foyer. Well...now he's finished with the entire renovation and all looks great. It's like I have a new house.
