I hired Keith through Home Depot for a kitchen renovation. I expanded that to include painting and floor installation in the rest of the condo. Originally the bathroom remodel was included. Keith came in in May and did a total demo of the kitchen before cabinets were delivered. During the course of the next 4 months, Keith took 6 weeks off during the pendency of the job. Since I lived an hour away, I would only find out he was not on site when I would stop by. Eventually, I just had to move in without him finishing the work. There were serious problems with the floor installation that he overcharged me for by thousands above other bids. He promised to return to fix them, and of course, you can guess that never happened. The overall quality of the work was substandard, as agreed by Home Depot.

I hired Keith, the owner, after getting 3 other estimates that all were at least $3,000 more and hearing rave recommendations from 4 past clients. Keith created a new 1st floor powder room from scratch (nothing was previously existing). He came out to give me an estimate within a few days of me calling and started the project within a few weeks. He always was available to talk and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He even came out before starting to help me space out the area. He and his employee did a very thorough job and always made sure to clean up after each work day - resulting in a beautiful new bath! KAT Construction is very respectful, talented, and a GREAT value!!

He took a very weirdly configured 1970's kitchen and opened it up to create a giant, open, gorgeous kitchen. People admire the work. I can't say enough, he is spectacular and outstanding in his field.
