Tom and his team did a magnificent job on two projects for us. First was the kitchen remodel which included knocking down a walk, flooring and painting if the whole first floor. In addition, they designed the decorative molding on the walls in the dining room, put in a new front door and french doors, and painted our stair railings. It is a whole new house. We thought we couldn't be happier, but then Tom and crew came back and turned a decrepit 3 season porch into the most beautiful screened in porch. Tom does a great job providing suggestions and communicating the timeline. If things change, which they always will no matter how best you plan, he made sure to communicate the changes quickly. Alex, the carpenter, is amazing and meticulous. Perry did an amazing job painting. We will continue to hire Tom and his team as projects arise. Thank you for helping to turn our house into our perfect home.

We hired Tom for a kitchen & half-bath remodel in 2019. As with all remodeling projects, especially a kitchen remodel that disrupts your life, Tom was wonderful at communicating and kept the project on time and on budget. Tom stands behind his work and quickly remediated any issues (which are always inevitable with these projects) and we can absolutely say that we are still 100% satisfied a year later. We completely trusted Tom to make our kitchen remodel dream come true and would hire him again should another project come up!

We hired KATS Construction for a Kitchen dining room remodel with removal of walls. Tom referred us to a very reputable cabinetry company who did an awesome job as well. The contractors were very professional, courteous and prompt. Tom was always in communication as to schedules of his crew, and available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He took care of any permits and approvals that were needed. Due to personal emergency we needed to stay home through the construction since day 1. Tom and his crew all went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to stay in the house. We are very pleased with the outcome. It feels like a brand new home. By far the best contractor I have ever worked with. Provided top notch service and high end results. Schedules for contractors where communicated daily and always updated if they where delayed. Tom was very receptive to any concerns and went out of his way to accommodate us to make sure we where happy. His crew of contractors where a pleasure to work with and did excellent work. We recently had a very large bathroom remodel done by Tom and the team from Kats Construction. The quality of work done by the team was excellent, and Tom kept in frequent communication via calls and texts throughout the project. The cost was very reasonable, and Tom worked with us through several changes in plan that occurred throughout the project. This was a fairly complicated job with a lot of custom work, and Tom continuously worked to make sure every detail was taken care of exactly how we wanted, and to keep us at ease throughout the project. Itâ s hard to find people who take the time to get the job done right and take pride in their work, but Tom and his team are definitely those types. I highly recommend Kats Construction for this type of job.
