Neal came out within a few days to look at the project. I thought I had 3 bad sprinkler heads but he found a total of 23 broken heads and recommended I put in a new sprinkler control box also. The project took him a full day in the heat and part of a morning. He told me that he didn't have a piece to fix a sprinkler head for a pot by the front door. He left the sprinkler head uncovered and not repaired. He promised to return a fix on June 15th. I emailed him again and he said he was out of town and would return to repair in July. As of Sept 12th I am still waiting for the final repair to be complete. Neal has been paid i full.

Neal came out and worked for two hours on a HOT and very HUMID day. Must say he also took a mud bath and had to dig a while to find the leak. He did a great job and let me, "Ms. Curious," watch the entire event. Once the leak was fixed, he also checked the rest of the system and made some suggestions for some changes to save water and make it more efficient. K and N will definitely be my "go-to" sprinkler system people from now on.
