Hired to power wash and seal my deck. Did a great job. I'm very satisfied. I'm now looking to hire Ken to seal my driveway. Would certainly recommend.

Nice job overall, missed a few spots but they are hard to see. He was nice to work with. We had to move our appointment out a day because their equipement broke, but he kept in communication with us. I am happy with the work that was done and will use K & R again in the future.

They did a great job! The only concern was the mixed communication. We used them for snow removal after getting 25" of snow. We received a call the night before stating we were first on the list and would be here between 6-9am. When I called at 9am, I was told they would be here around 11am. The job was done well at 2:30pm. No concerns with the work. Communication could have been better.

They were on time, flexible and did a nice job.

We liked their price and went with them. We were out of town at the time the job was done. They did a nice job on seal coating; however, there was a small pothole by the garage door which they patched. When we arrived home, we noticed it opened. When we called to tell them, they said they did what they could for the price. Had we known this was what we would get, we would have selected someone else. Needless to say, we are disappointed in this part of the job and feel we should have been told at the onset.

Showed up Early. Explained what the expected results would be and then proceeded with the work. The results were beyond expectations. Wish I had taken before and after pictures. K&R's staff was professional and careful. Would recommened them to my neighbors with no hesitation.

I hired him to power wash my house. instead he used his "own home made chemical" to clean the house. He spelled chemical on my car that scrapped the painting on the top of the trunk ( Water drops in shape) and refused to take responsibility claiming it is pre-existing from an old accident. !! Be careful.

I'm still waiting for K & R to do the job.

Ken was very professional. He followed up on all time commitments, completely the work (house and roof wash) promptly and meticulously worked to avoid any damages to plant material around the house. The molded siding, gutters and brick work look wonderful again. The roof cleaning was spectacular. The eye sore staining has been eliminated and the roof looks brand new!!!! I highly recommend Ken and will definitely use him for other opportunities..

They did a good job cleaning. The business - scheduling part of the job was somewhat disorganized involving much phoning and waiting. They were good to work with and proud and thorough with their work, they just need to get better organized,

Good estimate for power washing the house. He called when he was going to be later than scheduled. However he did not finish the job as scoped/bidded and had to return the next day to complete after I reminded him his bid included the front of the house. He did clean a little more on 2nd visit and was focused on doing a good job. However it appears he spilled cleaner on front lawn, lawn was soaked there and this killed some grass so I had to patch with sod the spot. Hopefully the sod will take. My suggestion is to have someone present during the entire job effort to provide any needed follow-up on any potential concerns.
