Very friendly man but cleaning very poor said that every stain wouldnt come out but i knew it would with my very small wal-mart carpet cleaner looked very good wet but dry still had a smell didnt clean around the edges for they are still black when i got down to get closer look at the edges black with hair so i knew i wasted 90.00 no i would never tell a friend for i know they would think i was crazy dont look like i had it clean so never told anyone i did talked about get other services but after seen my carpet dry i was like hell no i told the man about all this said he would come out again still until this day have not seen him so thanks

KB was very professional, he started the job on the time that we agreed upon,not only did he ask what would I need done KB gave me professional advice about how my carpet should be clean, however he left the decisson up to me.KB stayed with the task until he had completed it. KB's service and professionalism were excellent! I can be a tough customer because when I look to hire a company I have a lot of questions, I expect quality service, I expect service pros to know what their doing, and I expect fair rates. Needless to say, Mr. Butt met all these expectations. Of the companies sent to me, KB was the first to respond and Mr. Butts was willing to work with my schedule. He showed up ahead of time and finished the job in the amount of time he told me. The results are great!! I don't plan to use any other companies to clean my berber carpet from now on. And, I've already told my neighbors about his work!!

K.B. Cleaning Service was a life saver! I was moving out of a rental property and the electricity was scheduled to be turned off in one day, so I needed my carpets cleaned right away. K.B. Cleaning Service came out an hour after I contacted them, had reasonable prices, and did a fabulous job. After the cleaning, the carpets looked brand new! I also discovered that K.B. offers maid services,which I requested on the spot. Two days after the house was cleaned, I did a walk through with my landlord who said "the house is so clean", he then returned my entire deposit. I am defiantly a satisfied customer and highly recommend them to everyone.
