Highly recommended. Sayvon and his team were quick and responsive. I needed them asap for my bathroom and he ended up giving me a great price to remodel the entire bathroom. He came out the same day giving me a reasonable quote and took me through each step, allowing me to understand and follow along as he remodeled my bathroom. He was very informative. His team was respectful and friendly. I had no issues at all. I absolutely love the work he’s done and highly recommend. He made sure that I was ok after each finished piece was completed. Very reliable and he and his workers were very enthused about their progress and the transformation. I was happy to see someone enjoying their job while making the customer happy as well. I will be calling him again for my deck assembly. Thanks again Sayvon.

The owner, Sayvon, took over $15k from me for a home remodel. After 4 weeks I realized most of the work I paid for was not done and whatever jobs he did do were of poor workmanship. When I expressed my concerns he accused me of questioning his work and essentially used intimidation tactics like calling me crazy instead of accepting accountability. I was scared to ask my own contractor simple questions about work I paid him to do. I then found another customer review on the Better Business Bureau website describing poor workmanship and then Sayvon disappearing with money and I immediately knew I had to approached him about coming to an amicable agreement to part ways. Of course he immediately got defensive and told me his lawyer would call me (which still hasnâ t happened), he returned to my property to clear out his tools and he locked up all exterior doors and windows and took the keys. I had to file a police report so the police could thankfully get him to return my house keys to the precinct. I became concerned about why he locked me out of my house and after he was unable to confirm that supplies I paid for that were unused would remain on the premises I got a professional I trusted to help me do a full inventory on the property. We have now found that there are materials I paid for that have not been used on the property and are not there. He has denied ever doing the poor quality work heâ s completed at my property and has practically ghosted me which is unlawful. Additionally, I have found that there are no records of permits he told me were pulled for electrical and plumbing work at my property. I thought I had done thorough research on this guy and his company but I missed the BBB complaint against him somehow. I am kicking myself for my misstep for missing this because this is exactly what he is trying to do to me now. Please save yourself the headache and stay away from him!
