They arrived three hours late to replace a track lighting part and a wall switch - took up my whole day. Should have estimated time better and maybe just rescheduled rather than making me wait. I had to explain to them that there are three different types of track. They forgot I had said there was a three-way switch and had to redo their work to make both switches work. They shorted out the line and had to spend time getting power back before they could even do the work. While they were very pleasant and courteous and cleaned up after themselves, I would rather pay more for someone who knows more about their craft.
