Kevin is extremely pleasant and easy to work with. He had actually worked on our home years ago before we owned it...that was a bonus. He is easy to reach and if he needs to change his schedule he lets you know. I felt very reasonable in price. He has a lot of experience. We have more jobs down the road that we will ask him to do.

Very timely response for the estimate and actual work done. A very fair and honest man. He answered all my questions about the wiring in my older home. He even referred me to a city inspector who satisfied all my concerns. His price was very reasonable and I would hire Kevin again in a heartbeat!!!

When I posted my needs, it didn't give the option to do removal of electrical, and this is what needed done. KBF came to review project, gave me a quote, I accepted, said he'd do the work the following Tuesday. He never came any day of the week of this Tuesday. He never called, never emailed, no notice at all. If he didn't want to do the work, he should have said so, rather than just blow me off. Customer service is crap!!!

We had to replace a ceiling fan on a 18ft ceiling. Also replaced a chandelier in our foyer. Everything was complete in just under three hours. Great work Great price.

Showed up on time. Bill was the same as the estimate. Had a wall outlet moved so I could mount a TV over the mantle. Kevin was very professional and I was satisfied with his work.
