On my way out the door to work I noticed that the carpet in our basement was wet. I initially called Vincent to have him come out and repair/ replace the water heater based upon the water I could see. This was my first Home Advisor hire and I must say Vince you are everything most homeowners want in a repair technician. Vince arrived on time( called first), quickly diagnosed the true issue( not the water heater , but the AC catch and a clogged drainage pipe from AC. I felt he was professional, thorough, and trustworthy. I did not feel he was trying to sell me any repair I did not need. I wish he did repairs for more than HVAC because I would absolutely hire him with full confidence. If you are looking for someone who is honest, polite, professional, and skilled at his job.. this is your guy!! There is no panic or worry with this guy in your house! True gentleman. Calm. Knowledgeable. Need I say more?
