KB Handyman - Unlicensed Contractor

The handyman came in and got both of my issue assessed to the point that he knew what he need from Home Depot. Got the parts and completed the jobs.

Kevin responded to my request for work needed. He was prompt, and gave me a quote for the job which was reasonable and acceptable. He was thorough and completed the work in a professional manner. I will definitely contact him in the future for other projects or handyman service I may need.

GOOD QUALITY OF WORK

Kevin Brown did not complete the job we paid him to do. He refuses to return to complete the work.

Mr. Brown was very patient, knowledgeable, thorough, capable, honest, and did a terrific job for me. I had the initial project of replacing some dry rot which was done so well that I could not tell that a repair had been made-it looked like new. He also replaced a roof tile and adjusted two kitchen drawers that were misaligned. He did have to raise his estimate by $60 because he had to hire a helper for the roof tile repair. However, the extra money was very reasonable. He also did two additional repairs on the roof that he found after he had gotten up on the roof. I am so please with his professionalism and good work that I will be recommending him to my mother-in-law for her handyman projects.

Mr. Davis did a very nice job of replacing a door, however he kept raising the price above his estimate. He left his finger prints all over the back of the door. He left the old door and all the wood trimmings in my garage. He was late two days in a row. If he had started on time he could have finished easily in one day.

Kevin was knowledgeable, professional, cordial, honest, and completed the service as requested. His charges are very reasonable. We will definitely be calling on him again with any handyman needs and highly recommend him to anyone else who is looking for someone honest, professional, and easy to work with.

Very methodical and knowledgable of the work i needed. The work site was cleaned daily and i'm satisfied with the work performed.

He was punctual and knowlegeable pn what I wanted repaired. He worked diligently to finish in a timely manned.
