Keith asked about what we were experiencing and gave us his assessment of the problem. He was quick to talk about terms and when I asked about a senior discount he was happy to comply. He came in the next day, on time, fixed the problem, explained what he did and was on his way. I hope I don't have to call him again but won't hesitate if I need plumbing services.
