I hired KBM to replace exhaust fans in all my bathrooms as well as my tired old doorbell chime. I received a quote over the phone, as well as an offer to provide same day service to come to our home, evaluate the situation, purchase replacement fans and a doorbell, install everything, clean the area and haul away my old equipment. When they arrived two days later as scheduled, they were prompt, professional, personable, and courteous. When they received a discount on the replacement fans, they passed the savings on to me. I even received a 10 percent discount for "first time customers"! Not only do I highly recommend KBM Electric, I plan to hire them again for my next project.

Electrical Switch Installation or Repair Service
The church needed to change out about 140 old florescent light fixtures to LED, and KBM gave us a fair price and delivered the project ahead of schedule despite some early delays with supplier issues. Benjamin and Caleb were friendly, professional, and the quality of their work was top-notch. There were some on-the-fly changes that we had requested during the project, and they were very flexible in working with us and still came in within $20 of the original estimate. Our congregation was extremely pleased! We will definitely be using them again in future.

Great sales skills, nice owner. Poor quality work Incomplete work Defective install of outlets Bare basics with little attention to detail Severely overcharged for scope of work done and the poor quality of work. Amateur electrician that is unable to complete some of the most basic aspects of electrical work. This electrician also does not work on low voltage lighting. That s a first for me. So if you have a job that requires a combination of both of recommend another company. I ve filed a claim with American Express for investigation of this complaint. I had to hire another electrician to complete and fix the work. Bottom Line: No Recommendation

Benjamin was awesome we are moving out of a warehouse with big long tube light 25 feet up in the air people were giving us rediculous quotes at first until Benjamin called me gave me a fair price and when it turned out alot of the light fixtures were out as well he fixed those too for only 75 bucks he was there from 4 pm till probably midnight he Locked up the shop so I could go home and everything very trust worth man and company will use again.

Best electrician in Dallas. They came in and salvaged a job that my previous electrician walked off of. They performed the work like a champ. They were efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and timely in their work. They were present for all city inspections and all their work passed. You won t find a better attitude or better customer service or communication skills with any other electrician. Go with KBM all the way. You won t be sorry!

KBM did a great job - the estimate verse actual bill was spot on! They installed 4 ceiling fans, 2 kitchen lights did a home safety inspection and put in a surge protector for the whole house! They were fantastic cleaned up after themselves and where kind a courteous. I will hire them again!

KBM did a great job performing a complete replacement of the electrical system in my 60 year old house. New panel, breakers, wiring, outlets, the works. Job was completed on time even though we requested some additional work at the last minute. They even did a thorough clean up before leaving. I highly recommend them.
