I called for my elderly parents' home which had no hot water for 2 days now as another contractor did not show up yesterday. I contacted KB Piping Solutions thru Home Advisors. Received a call immediately and the serviceman arrived within the hour and fixed the problem. So grateful for that!!!!! For this reason, I would highly recommend them.

He responded quickly and pricing was fair considering it was an emergency.

Main drain line in the house was clogged. The overflow area backed up with the most disgusting water possible making the whole house smell like an outhouse. My new friend Donovan came over within an hour from my call and took care of it like a champion.

My house is at the bottom of a hill, all the water flows downhill exceeding the city street storm drain capacity in front of my house. The storms have become more severe. In NYC, we are now getting even more dangerous downpours from thunderstorms, flash flooding and dangerous remnants from hurricanes like Ida on 9/1/2021. All of this excess water has flooded my basement and underground garage numerous times. I have suffered a total loss of a car in my garage and replaced the house oil burner twice because of flood damage. I had KB Piping Solutions install a sump pump and a drain inside both in my garage and in my basement. The sump pumps will pump out flood water from inside my house to my backyard. I also had them replace the drain in front of my garage door and at my backyard basement door with larger drains. I met with Kerry on a Thursday, the work was scheduled for the following Monday and completed all in one day. I am hopeful that all of these drainage improvements will ease my flooding problem if not eliminate it. My only other choice would have been to move, and I am not ready to do that.

Kerry Carby is the real deal . He came on a Saturday and gave me a totally reasonable quote on decommissioning an old gas boiler, connecting a drain pipe, removing the associated piping in the basement and all the radiators throughout the house due to a Heat Pump conversion. He came back with his team the next day on time and they immediately went to work. They were efficient and did their best to keep the mess to a minimum. They did all the work in 6 hours and hauled all the junk away . I would definitely recommend him and will hit him up for more work in the future.
