KB Plumbing contacted us immediately and was able to schedule same day help for our water heater. They went out of their way to provide positive, and productive help when the repair complicated with the need to replace damaged flooring. Every issue was addressed. KB Plumbing completed the installation of our new water heater and we had our hot water back the same day. Professional, Competent, Knowledgeable, Polite and Positive, We were totally impressed and will use KB Plumbing for our future projects!

This was done after calling in the morning for when could do the job and cost. He was out there first thing the same morning and had the job done in just over an hour. He brought a kitchen faucet with him and I was happy with what he brought and took the old one out and replaced it with the new one. I will use him again. This was done for my mother after I looked up and used the homeadvisor ap. Mom called and did the rest herself.
