As an older, single woman, I was a bit concerned about taking on a project as large as a house renovation. However, with the fair, professional, effective, considerate treatment I received from K&B, I can honestly highly recommend them. Yonis, his brother Edgar and their team were responsive, knowledgeable and, most importantly, kind and considerate. These guys, and the people they hire, have a moral compass and an excellent work ethic. They are just good, decent people who wisely know that the best advertising is a satisfied customer spreading the positive news by word of mouth. There are so many decisions to be made that it can be a bit overwhelming. But Yonis and Edgar were invaluable with their recommendations and vision for how best to proceed. On several occasions, they accompanied me to retailers to help me pick out quartz countertops, bathroom and kitchen hardware and tile flooring. They were ever so helpful with design decisions as well, making suggestions that helped me imagine what was possible. So, if youâ re looking for a company that is fair, professional, knowledgeable and honest, these guys are the real deal.

Brothers Yonis and Edgar together with their team remodeled our kitchen and bathroom. The result was fantastic! All our friends admire our kitchen and bathroom now. Yonis and his company will give you a fair price with great quality. This team went extra miles in helping and advising us. We didn t even plan to remodel the bathroom in the first place! Everything was done in time. Yonis, Edgar, Mario, Arturo and others became our friends during the remodel and we enjoyed having them around. We highly recommended them! Yonis and Edgar did such a wonderful job of seeing the vision I had for my new kitchen and help make it a reality. Edgar is especially ready to assist in choosing the best countertop, flooring, and backsplash combo; he really knows what patterns and colors work together. There are always some glitches involved in any major remodel; we had a couple, but all things were fixed in an efficient and timely manner. I just loved all the sub-contractors, they were great! I am considering them again for another project.

Yonis and his team are responsive and thoughtful. I live in a condo and the crew is very respectful of the common areas and clean up thoroughly each day. We are doing bathroom remodels and my master bathroom looks amazing. Yonis is very talented and I appreciate his recommendations.

We had Yonis do a very large remodel for us. His work ethic and his knowledge was amazing. He always responded quickly and his crew was very precise and the final project was truly amazing and made for a magazine, absolutely beautiful. We are more than pleased with the new house we have longed to have and are happy to show if off to family and friends.

We hired K&B Remodeling and Sons, Inc. to remodel our mom's very old bathroom which needed some serious updating. Yonis came, gave us some suggestions, detailed estimate and timeline. He was true to his words. He did not disappoint us. The project completion and cost both were on target. From the first meeting till the completion of the project, either Yonis, the owner or Edgar his ever so pleasant brother were there every single day. They are professionals and very responsive. Yonis is a contractor that will go out of his way according to the client's needs. They are total professionals and don't like cutting corners. And at the same time, they are kind and considerate. Edgar took me shopping to pick out the tiles for the floor, the shower, granite for walls, vanity and fixtures. I wanted a custom built vanity and some extra storage space. They were very accommodating. We now have custom built vanity and storage space which we are very happy with. Needless to say, this project had some curves due to "this old house". But it didn't phase out Yonis and his team. Yonis consulted with us and knew exactly how to fix the problem. Another amazing thing about this team is that throughout the entire renovation, we still had the use of the toilet. Even when it was relocated with extra plumbing work. The amazing team made sure that end of each day the commode was hooked up and functioning - very commendable. Everyone was always punctual. They are responsive, efficient, very clean and neat group. It was a pleasure working with such an amazing group. We are also very grateful to Yonis, Edgar and their entire team for the consideration and kindness towards our 89 years old mom. We passed all the inspections with flying colors. The bathroom looks absolutely AWESOME. We couldn't have been any happier with the end result. From the granite shower wall, the floor tiles, shower doors, fixtures to the paint all look fantastic. This could not have been possible without the professional help and expertise from Yonis, Edgar and their entire team. We are very pleased with the outcome. Great large crew with no subcontractors. Hard and fast workers. Yonis has been very helpful with finish selection vendors, choices and finding the best prices for materials. He has excellent taste and a good eye for design recommendations. I did not choose them based solely on initial price, and I am very glad I did choose them. They have been very flexible and helpful and truly take pride in their work, always going beyond expectations. As I added scope to my project, they priced the add on work very reasonably and even added some additional work at no cost. I recommend them without hesitation and will be using them again.

My Wife and I would like to thank Yonis and his crew for doing such a great job. From the start to the finish he always did what he said he would do, plus more. When there were changes, he was always ready to change and didnâ t charge any extra for the additions / changes. Finished well within the projected time frame. He gave us a same day quote, and stuck to it. If we could give more than (5) Stars we would. He took us to the cabinet shop where the custom cabinets were made. Also, took my wife to the store to shop for the countertop and backsplash. Installed a hardwood floor in the kitchen. And, was always careful in regards to the rest of the house. Trying to keep the dust, etc. in the construction area. The employees were always on time, and were very professional. We would hire him again in a flashâ ¦. There is one happy Lady in the house with Her new Kitchen....

Just like all contractors I think you need to stay on top of him and to make those phone calls. He does do a great job at fulfilling our commitment and coming back if something came up that I didn't like.

I am so impressed with Yonis and K&B Remodeling. They did a great job remodeling my two bathrooms. The workers were always on time and would stay until the work was done for the day. Before I hired Yonis, I checked him out carefully and read nothing but compliments. Besides my bathrooms, Yonis installed hardwood floors throughout my home. I had tried to hire other floor company's, but Yonis found me the same hardwood floors, but the price was less and his workers did a good job with the installation, I will definitely recommend K&B.

More expensive than I would have wanted to spend. Lots of things that should have been included we were told were not ... made it more of a hassle. Over all, I would hire again.

Yonis was excellent! He communicated well and had helpful ideas regarding the remodel. His workers were very competent and I was comfortable having them in my home. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to hire them for future projects.

I am extremely pleased with this company and would hire them again. The workmanship was great and Yonis explained everything as the project progressed. The workers themselves were courteous and timely and easy to work with. At the end of the work day, their tools and supplies and the work area were tied and cleaned. Good value for the money.

I checked background, BBB, licenses, reviews and all were impressive and accurate. Very, very pleased with this company. All workers were on time or early, courteous, and I felt comfortable around them. I was informed for each day who to expect. The work was excellent! Materials and craftsmanship were exceptional. They don't do things half way - only the best. They take pride in their work and it shows. I highly recommend them.
