My experience with Kaden and K&B Technical Services was very positive. He was super friendly and quite knowledgeable about refrigerator issues. The only rub I had is that I thought his price for my specific repair was a bit high (compared to the average costs for the same repair according to Angi). In any event, he did the work promptly and I was pleased with the overall package. I would use him again and recommend his company.

Said the fridge was fixed. still wouldet cool. Kaden came back worked on it said it was fixed. It wouldnt cool. I bought a new one.

Kaden was on time, very personable, friendly and quickly diagnosed the reason our fridge door would not close properly. He returned the next morning with a needed part and repaired the problem in a short time. His charges were very resonable. I would definitely call him again. Great guy and great work!

Kaden is terrific. He was the first to reach out to us from Angi when we were in dire need of service on our refrigerator (the other companies said they would get back to us at some point during the day). He was at our house within two hours despite terrible weather, drove the Metroplex looking for the right part and got it installed. We had multiple issues going on, apparently, and he came back two more times to ensure the refrigerator was back to 100%. He is a very dedicated small business owner that we were proud to support and will happily recommend to others!! He's gotten where he is through hard work, a commitment to learning and plain old grit.
