A very professional and knowledgeable young person with clear understanding of his trade. Very kind, respectful and courteous and even wanted to cut me a huge discount because he felt like he did not fully “come through,” on the work. But he did everything and more than expected. The final conclusion was the damage was beyond any expert skill to fix.

At first he gave me one price and then changed it. My car now isnt starting. Did not feel comfortable with him watching YouTube videos while doing his job. A piece of the key got broken when I tried starting the car. He left the screws where my coins are and the stirring wheel is still unattached.
