KCB Remodeling

Nick was awesome from estimate to completion. We had a laundry room closet for our washer & dryer created and a pass-through to a closed off family room created. The pass-thru had the potential to be tricky because of what might or might not be in the wall. Others who gave final estimates based on quick walkthroughs, but Nick gave us a competitive ballpark range knowing all the possible question marks and insisted on a final estimate after he takes a peek at what was in the wall. Turns out that it was the best case scenario and thus his final estimate was much lower than all the others. We really appreciated this honest approach to doing business and felt the most comfortable going with him. Nick did not disappoint!... he did an outstanding job and held to his budget! We'd definitely recommend him and would use him again without hesitation.

I would award this contractor 10++ stars if it were possible. Nicholas is polite and professional. He is always quick to respond and always willing to answer any questions I might have. He also provides great communication - very precise - I always know what is going on with the schedule and work progress. Nicholas takes the time to make sure I am understanding the processes and the "whys" of the work - very respectful. He is very trustworthy and really makes you feel comfortable. We tend to come in way in under budget as Mike is always doing his best to accommodate our budget. He is such a perfectionist and will do everything he can to make sure the project turns out perfect. Nicholas is always looking for anything he can do to help us our. For example, our new flooring squeaked in several spots when walking across the floor. Nicholas stated "let me take care of that as it will make you happy". And he did! I cannot say enough good things about KCB Remodeling. I strongly recommend as this is an Extraordinary Professional.
