If you ever need your roof to be cleaned, look no further. The work is excellent. Beau Miller originally offered me Thursday, but I asked him if he could come on Tuesday. He said ?Yes, I?ll try to swing it.? It was personalized service. Beau took before and after high resolution photos. I really appreciate the pics. The roof looks like how I remember it when they first installed it. But the original roofer never advised me of anything to prevent the mildew that KCB cleaned for me. The pics he took are the first pics I?ve ever had of my photovoltaic panels and they look brand new! This contractor has outdone himself. I never write reviews, but this is an exception.

Company was prompt in their reply to my estimate request. Came out within a few days to do the work. Was able to complete added tasks beyond the original scope of services for a minimal additional fee. Very pleased with the results. Workers were courteous and thorough.
