Dave Fleming is no longer in the Northeast area I believe he is living in Florida now, so Iâ m just writing this review to hopefully save someone else from his poor workmanship elsewhere. I hired him to do a paver patio 2 summers ago and it came out great he seemed to know what he was doing and was easy to work with. Honestly based on our initial interactions I did not think he would be the kind of guy to not make good on his word. However this summer I noticed my patio was sagging in several areas. I tried to contact Dave but he has since changed his company and phone number. I actually reached out to him through FB messenger and still no response. When installed he said he would warranty the patio for 5 years. Well, It was just over 2 years and heâ s nowhere to be found. He also said he would wire in an outdoor outlet for me which he never came back to do. Now, I am left with a patio that will require major repairs and an electrical wire sticking out of my patio.

Fast response. Fast appointment time (next day). Very nice and professional. Helped with our issue and then stuck around to answer some "what is that" or "how do we do that" questions that always come up when there is no electrician around. KC Energy will do all of our electrical work from now on.

Dave was exceptional!! Responded back right away. He was there when he said he would be. I was nervous that he could fit in the attic space to do the job. He assured me it would be fine. He was on time. Very kind and professional the whole way. We were very happy. So glad u moved into our area. Thank you again for a job done very well

Dave and Viviane are the most professional yet very caring contractors I've hired in many years. They went above and beyond. They first came out within a few hours, no waiting days. I hired the cleaning service for my sister who is ill and can’t clean herself. Viviane was very quick to respond and go to my sisters to give me an estimate. I was not there but the feedback I got was that she did a good job but the spare room cleaning was included in the estimate and they did not want it cleaned but she did not reduce the estimate. I thought 400$ for 10 hours work was very high . I guess I expected more for 400$.

Performed under pressure! Ask for a same day move out cleaning because our original pro cancelled on us and KC Energy delievered am on time beautiful product! Highly recommend!

From start to finish, David was great to work with. He wants the customer to be happy and will do whatever it takes to please them. He was very easy to talk to and was very responsive. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to build our patio. We couldn’t be happier with how it came out. We will definitely be using KC Energy, LLC for projects in the future. Installed a microwave also. A great guy, very helpful. Explained everything well. Made suggestions for possible work in the future but didn’t try to sell anything. Very fair prices. Cleaned up nicely. I’ll use him again.
