Do not hire this company. We contracted them to unclog a drain in the utility room. The guy came, barely tried, said he was unable to do it and then still charged us full price for doing absolutely nothing. We then called another company who showed up an hour later and in less than 15 minutes fixed the problem and was half the price. Please save yourself the hassle and money and call (Removed Company name )who got the job done and even gives a 30 day work guarantee.

We are not accustomed to leaving a residence without a job being finished. When I Tried looking up you're account to have something to reference, I couldn't find one under your name. Than I searched your address & was able to find the account under a different name. The information you just gave was not correct. You stated 15 minutes we were there for 3hrs & 20min (11:47a- 3:04p). We received the call at 10:19am that morning for help, so it took us about 1hr 30min before we arrived but non the less we did arrive the same day we were called. We had been advised by the caller, that previously this address had already had another company hydrojet this line (not sure when). My tech gave you a few options to clear the line, obviously you went the least expensive route but when that didn't work he did advise what i would take & the cost. Also for the record anytime we go the least expensive route first, we apply that cost to the next option. The person at the home chose to turn him away without letting him finish clearing the line. Our work is also guaranteed for 30 days. It's always great when everything in your house is working as it should. I understand that when they don't, it is stressful & things are not remembered correctly. I also am very happy that you were able to get the line cleared. If you continue to have issues with your line we would be more than happy to come out & take a look, especially since all of our estimates are complimentary.

I recently hired Ralph and his crew to handle a flooding issue in my basement. They did an excellent job resolving the problem by lining the main drain line to remove and prevent future tree root blockages. They also took on additional work, including moving the plumbing stack and doing a rough-in for a future bathroom in the basement. Ralph was also a huge help in setting up financing, and the price was very reasonable ?not too expensive for the work done. Communication before and after the service was great, although there were some misunderstandings during the process, which led to minor missteps from both sides. Still, Ralph was professional enough to acknowledge and correct these issues, which I really appreciated. Overall, I am satisfied with the results and would recommend Ralph and his crew for their quality of work, commitment to fixing any issues, and their fair pricing. Definitely looking forward to work with them to finish up the plumbing in my basement in the near future!

Kc Flow Heroes replaced my sewer main after I had tree roots and old rusted out cast iron pipe. They were honest and the work was done quickly. Very clean and courteous. They used a technique called pipe lining and didnt even dig up my yard simply put a hole in the basement lined the sewer all the way to the city main. Thank you Kc Flow Heroes!
