I am very pleased with KCK. They made the best offer of the vendors who responded to my request via Home Advisor to replace our hot water heater (non-emergency). KCK arranged an in-house appointment on the very next morning after my request for quotes via Home Advisor. The top guy, Chuck, set the tone for his team. He was prompt, responsive, but above all, knowledgeable. He explained exactly what his team would do, how long it would take, and how much it would cost in his visit. Within 24 hours after his visit, I had a brand new gas hot water heater. KCK replaced the copper piping, everything was done to Maryland code and KCK is arranging for the inspection. Chucks team, Peter and Zach, arrived promptly at the designated time and completed the work within the allotted 2-hour window with 30 minutes to spare. Chuck arrived during that time to inspect and finalize the transaction. My husband, who is an engineer, commented positively on the great work they did. Overall, I highly recommend KCK for their professionalism, pricing (their bid was $200-$600 less than the top offers of other vendors for the same service), and promptness.
