Cut my grass 3 times and it was **OK** - scalped it every time, never did spray weed product as agreed upon for the price. Asked to make checks out to him personally, as he does not have a bank account for K.C, Lawn. Failed to show a couple of weeks ago without a call / text and never responding to my text. Would not rehire nor recommend... Needs to learn about customer service.

"No spraying was ever quoted in the services provided. The yard was always left in great condition. Never scalped! It was cut to customers' preferred hight. There was several rain days on his scheduled mow day. The customer never complained once about the yard. It's a 5-acre property with nothing but weed grass in the front part of the property. The customer's price was based on just a normal cut. No special request from the customer nor was there ever any voiced complaints from the customer. At the end of the day, it was not a profitable property. Great customers just had to realize The business was losing money trying to maintain the property. Since the..."
