"I do apologize for you not being pleased with our service. But from what we had discussed we agreed that you wanted the grass cut. When you wanted the grass cut down more than what we could do and we told you that cutting the grass lower would cause the grass to die. You were ok with what was said and you told us that it was ok. We are sorry for not being able to please you after all that was discussed."
