Sealant for Roof - Apply

I hired KCN to apply sealant around vent on roof and to rehang door and fix threshold. Postponed two different occasions, then I was charged a ridiculous amount for the roof sealant for about 10 minutes of work. Agreed to return in late winter to do doors and threshold. Never showed up and never contacted me. I look elsewhere or do it myself.
