The 1st time we met with Aaron the owner we were impressed and later engaged with him for services once our contract with another firm was over. After the initial treatment we had nothing but scheduling and billing issues and not receiving treatments as promised. Then when we cancelled service, they took an additional payment out of our account. When I contacted them, they said it was a mistake and had already initiated a refund. We still haven't received a refund. Then after multiple attempts at contacting them, Aaron responded saying he sold the company and he thought the new owner had taken care of. Don't hire this company! Check all reviews!!!

Had a yellow jacket next with bees coming into the house. He quickly found the issue and was able to come the following day to get rid of the nest. Professional and prompt service
