Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
This experience couldn't have been WORSE. Owner Cuyler " Doesn't understand how this got out of control. This has been a shit show!" And he will fix it. We signed a contract on March 11th and still not done or even closed to resolved. There is a complete lack of communication within the company. Then one throws the issue to another employee. I could go on all day. This has become my job. This is way to detailed if you have any questions please dont hesitate to call! 4404581003. Beth

Absolutely top notch service! Terrific and highly efficient work from Dan on gutter clearing and installation of gutter guards. Dan was super personable and a great communicator. The office was in touch throughout the process from emailed images of my clogged gutters to docusign contract and payment. Highly recommend with a five star rating.

Tommy was awesome. He assessed the roof and explained to me what he did to fix the roof where it was leaking. He also shared other options that were more invasive should I continue to have leakage. Tommy was very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend him. I will definitely use him again for any roofing issues.

While KC did a great job. Unfortunately the mason that was recommended fell short of doing their part of the job. To the point that the cities violation was never corrected.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I am writing a review of the wonderful gutter work Joshua Cates did for me at my home the other day. He is a perfectionist in his work, and the work that I asked him to do was very specialized in nature. Because the gutters had to be cut in smaller lengths to accommodate the unusual roof structure, it took time and talent to do so. Both he and his assistant worked over 2 days to get my project done. In fact, the second day while wrapping up the job, he ended up finishing the job at 10 pm. There was one more detail that we both agreed needed to be redone and there was no hesitation to do so to make it look good, especially since it was in the front of the house. I donâ t think many contractors would have taken the job to begin with, but Josh felt it was a such a challenge and he rose to the occasion.
