If you?re considering KCS for foundation work, please be careful. I was misled by KCS and my salesman, Brad Messer, who assured me that installing piers would fix the interior cracks, sticking doors, and floor movement in my home. I trusted them and paid nearly $20,000. After the work, nothing improved?in fact, it got worse. When I raised concerns, they shifted their attitude completely and stopped responding. Later inspections confirmed the real issue was slab settlement, which they don?t fix and should have identified. KCS abandoned me instead of taking responsibility. I?ve lost my savings, can?t finish my master bath, and now face legal action to recover my losses. Get multiple opinions, don?t accept verbal promises, and be cautious dealing with this company. If you?ve had a similar experience, feel free to reach out.
