Wade stepped up to the plate on a project a little out of his comfort zone. It required details non-typical of his normal operating process. He was responsive and willing to help maintain an aggressive schedule.

I wasn't happy that they came and completed a significant portion of the project while no one was home and without even notifying us ahead of time. While digging they cut through our electric and phone line. They did have it repaired but we had to go a day or 2 without electricity or phone service. But in the end, we are very happy with the completed job.
