Very fast and professional. Ulises showed up after the initial ask for a quote and checked over the house for existing networking and etc. Came back with a quote within the day, and was able to schedule installation the next week. He and a helper showed up in a reasonable time and were able to knock out the install without any major issues. They also provided troubleshooting for networking issues and recommendations for hardware to use. Will definitely recommend to people and continue using it in the future.

Excellent installation and customer service. The network has been fantastic since the installation, definitely worth the upgrade. All the equipment is working well with no issues. They stayed until everything was done and ensured it worked, then they continued to follow up to ensure we were satisfied

K.C. Technology Solutions is our preferred Network and Computer Installer. They were able to work remotely with our HQ at Madrid, Spain to correct our office network issue. Their personnel was reporting very proactively to office workers to mitigate downtime. They did our phone system and our migration to new MS OS.

K.C. Technology Solutions has been helping our company since day 1 when we moved offices 2 and a half years ago. They have installed all our network, updated all our computers, installed a heavy duty server, etc.... among others. They answer calls or texts immediately and are always withing reach to come to the office when we have emergencies. i would highly recommend their services.
