Overall Professional service was terrible. Complained on what had to be cleaned and how my kids were too dirty. Very insulting! Her comments made everything so awkward. I would have done more but I had hurt my back and was not able to do much.

Having someone come into your home to clean is a very personal thing, and requires trust. I would never question Kim at all, she is honest and on the up&up even pointing out things sh notices. She comes in to do a professional job, and does just that.
