The team at KC"s was incredible! Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also took the time to explain the process in detail. Their commitment to ensuring I was satisfied throughout the process was remarkable.

This company was horrible! It took over 8 months to build a single car garage add-on. The Project Manager claimed on several occasions that she "forgot" to email me with weekly updates regarding my project, so I started contacting her and she NEVER returned my emails. They were always right on time when it came to demanding money for the next phase, but it required me contacting her almost daily before any work was done on my property. They came 4 times to simply move material around to different spots in the yard, to me, that is not considered "work". I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with how I was treated and how my project was handled. On beautiful sunny days there was no one working on my project in order to finish it, and no one would ever give me a schedule or dates as to when my project was projected to be completed, even after asking for it SEVERAL times. For what I paid in cash, I expected to be treated better.

There were initial problems in the beginning, but Kieth Crabtree, the owner, took the necessary steps to correct them. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Please notify Kieth Crabtree that I have amended this survey regarding his workmanship.

These guys are great. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of remodeling an older home. They really took the time to listen to us and suggest ways to complete our project & save us money doing so. They were always accesible during our project and very professional.

Highly recommend KC's & crew! This was a complex job involving repairs to roof rafters, roof boards, attic floor joists and boards (tongue-and-groove), plaster lath ceiling below ... replacement of shingles, guttering, cement sidewalk ... stump removal and dirt backfill ... all in ten days! These folks went the extra mile every day (some days were 12-14 hours long) and were a pleasure to deal with, in contrast to "other" contractors we've experienced in the past. We would like to receive a bid for reglazing only the small counter top and sink in the master bath. You gave us a bid for this plus reglazing the shower and tile in the master bath. We cannot afford to do all of this work and would like to do just the counter top which is 21" x 35". There is a 4" back splash on the back and one side. Thank you. Jack

They did the work quickly and well but were chronically late with the times promised, leaving us waiting on them to arrive. They picked up after themselves and left the work area clean. They were able to attend to the job quiclkly when others weren't.

Once we got past the miscommunication on date and time, things went pretty well. I was disappointed to see that they were not set up to handle the absence of their receptionist. Her absence, and their lack of coverage, made us "this close" to canceling. She was very helpful and good to deal with. We shall see how well their work holds up once the very hot showers in my son's bathroom resume in earnest.

Keith and Others, It was a pleasure working with your company at the North Carolina Zoo. I thought the roofs were well done and to specifications, the job site was left clean, the installers were there on time and finished on time. That's the definition of a quality job.
