He provides a very thorough explanation of his game plan. In addition to getting the job done, he strives to satisfy the customer by going beyond the minimum expectation. It was an education just observing his work.
Response from KC's Tree Expert

We just had 5 very large trees taken down by Kel and crew (May 2020). It was fascinating watching them drop all 5 into a very confined space. They were here promptly and did a fantastic job. I've had a few other tree service companies here to do work over the years but now I would not call anyone else. They did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price and showed up when they said they would. Highly recommend them! They definitely went way over and above my expectations!

He took that tree down exactly how he said he would do it, the neighbor ask me about the job and he asked me for the phone number, he took his time and I didn't care about that and did a precise job, I will definitely call him again
