Kennet and his team just finished renovating the exterior of our home and we are so happy with the results! They scraped old paint, replaced rotted shingles and other framing areas, and re-painted the entire house and garage. Our unit is quite large and they were able to complete this job in a very short time frame. The team was really nice and Kennet was extremely professional and responsive when we had questions. We even hired him to come back and replace our bulkhead! We definitely recommend using him and his team!

Kennet and the KD Construction team did an outstanding job on our exterior renovation in Portland. The project included full exterior painting and prep on a large two-family home, carpentry repairs, shingle replacement, window sill replacement, fascia work, and more. Kennet was responsive throughout the entire project, communicated clearly, and addressed every concern we raised along the way. His crew was professional and took pride in the details. The house looks completely transformed. Highly recommend KD Construction for any exterior painting or carpentry work in the Portland area!
