He called, we made an appointment, AND he showed up when he said he would. Unlike the other two companies I called for different projects, never heard from them. A good company and will probably need them again.

I wouldn't call any other carpet cleaner.

They were outstanding workers. They did what they said they would do with out changing the price.

Dryer vent cleaning went well and well done. However the outside "birdcage" (added at a slight additional acceptable cost)over the outside vent had a screw attachment that missed the mark for holding onto the frame of the vent cover and the cage is therefore asque and will have a wind and possible weather situation down the road. Also, even having been advised of the height of the outside vent of 12' the three man crew showed up without a ladder - and they had to borrow a ladder to do the work. One hour to do the job was great.

They did a good job quick in a nd out and they have other services as well.

KDB contacted me shortly after putting in my request. It was for a rental property, they contacted my tenants and set up an appointment. They were on time and did a great job. I would use them for any future jobs.

KDB replied to my service request with a reasonable bid and a willingness to do the job at my convenience. Kevin worked with me completely, coming out that very day to do the job. He was both courteous and competent as he cleaned my dryer vent, removed all the built up lint, gave me an honest appraisal of what he found, and did not try to sell me any additional services. I was happy with the job he did and he appeared to genuinely appreciate my business.

Great for simple dryer vent cleaning. Price was much cheaper than the others. However they were not prepared for the tougher jobs. My vent is obstructed and they didn't have the tools with them to clear it out. We settled at a lesser payment because my vent needed additional work (hole somewhere in my dryer vent).

On very short notice, the actual business owner came out and took care of the service request. Their price was 1/2 of the others. Would highly recommend!

We had three companies come to give us estimates, but KDB by far offered the best value and exuded the highest level of professionalism. We were very pleased with the experience.

The two young men were very courteous and went about their work in a professional manner. I appreciated that they called when the left the job prior to me to let me know they were on the way and approximately when they would arrive. They also earned points with me when they were friendly to my dog!!!!
